Anand Foundation is a registered social welfare organization committed to the holistic upliftment of rural communities in the Belgaum district of Karnataka. Established in 2019, the Foundation works selflessly to improve the quality of life of economically weaker sections of society through sustainable development initiatives.
Operating from its headquarters in Kognoli, Taluk Nippani, Anand Foundation functions as a vital bridge between government bodies, private institutions, cooperative societies, and rural communities, ensuring that essential services and support reach those who need them most.

Born in a Time of Crisis, Built for Lasting Impact Anand Foundation was established in 2019, during one of the most challenging periods in recent history — the COVID-19 pandemic. At a time when vulnerable communities faced severe health, livelihood, and food security crises, the Foundation emerged with a single purpose: to stand with people when they needed support the most. What began as a grassroots relief initiative soon evolved into a structured, impact-driven organization committed to sustainable community development. Our Journey During the COVID outbreak, Anand Foundation actively worked at the ground level to: Support families affected by loss of income Provide essential relief, food, and medical assistance Assist migrant workers and daily wage earners Create awareness on health, hygiene, and safety These experiences highlighted a deeper reality — relief alone is not enough. Communities need long-term solutions that build resilience, self-reliance, and dignity.
